My Dog Days Are Over

Think I need a ginger ale..

I was out of town for four days & I did pretty ok food-wise (not overindulging, etc.) & keeping up with the 30 Day Shred. Overall not bad.
I am now at another location housesitting & not even here one hour & I completely inhaled a Hawaiian burger (pineapple rings with teriyaki sauce, cheddar cheese, 1000 island, lettuce & tomato) with fries AND a strawberry shake!

Guess who is going to have to push himself extra hard tonight during 30 Day Shred?

Re: 30 Day Shred, I just started Level 2 last night, so today will be Day 12 (second day of Level 2) & I have seen results in terms of endurance & flexibility!! It’s super encouraging! I feel a bit stronger in my upper body but I still have some ways to go.

Good job on starting, hope it works out for you! Keep up your great work!!!
